The 2125 has the ability to synchronize information wirelessly with a Microsoft Exchange Server. Follow these steps to set up direct synchronization of your contacts, calendar appointments, tasks, and email.

1. On the 2125, go to Start > ActiveSync
2. Select the link in the middle of the page OR Menu > Add Server Source
3. Enter your Server address and select Next
   • If required, check the SSL connection box
4. Enter your User name, Password and Domain and select Next
   • Check the Save password box to avoid having to re-enter it
5. Choose the data to synchronize and select Finish

Note: Calendar and email synchronization can be tuned to suit your needs. To adjust the default settings follow these steps:

1. Highlight Calendar and select Menu > Settings
2. Adjust the amount of past calendar appointments to synchronize
3. Select Done
4. Highlight email and select Menu > Settings
5. Adjust the amount of email to synchronize
6. Adjust the size of the email message to synchronize
7. Select Done
