Is there anybody that knows of a 3rd party app where I am able to store information such as passwords and things of this nature? There for some reason not a program in the devise from the factory that allows you to store this type on information. Thanks all.

Hello to all,
as a visually impaired user of my Ozone, I use a screen reader which allows me to know what is read outloud on the screen. I recently installed the latest update for my screen reader on my Ozone. Beforehand, I had the software activated on the device - the licensing system allows me to activate ONLY on one device. Once install was complete, the device rebooted but now won't go past the "htc" screen. I have tried all types of hard resets (holding down the volume up/end/send keys while poweron, etc) but the phone won't go past the boot screen, even if it says that the reset was successful. I'm assuming that the rom of the device somehow got damaged (odd) and thus it can't load the operating system. Is there any way to reflash the phone with factory rom? I know most devices have a downloadable rom but I can't find one for the ozone anywhere. Please, I need your help, since sending it back would void my activations for my screen reader - again, you can only have one activation and if you activate on another device, a $150 payment is needed to reset your license. I hope something can be done. any help is appreciated! With all the best and due respect, Tomi
Do you find this valuable?
