lemiller521 Fautly keypad lighting? 6 Thursday, 4:52 PM EST by Anonymous
Thread started: Jun 5 2007, 9:53 AM EDT  Watch
My keypad is only backlit when I press the digit 4 button. It then goes out after very few seconds. Pressing any other button does not cause it to light. Is this more likely a hardware or software problem? I have flashed the latest software download and even disabled the ambient light sensor; all to no avail.

Any suggestions?

j-bone Problem with random rebooting 8 Feb 11 2008, 1:20 PM EST by Anonymous
Thread started: Dec 13 2006, 7:57 PM EST  Watch
Every couple of days, I'll be walking along with my Star Trk in my pocket, and I'll hear it play the sound it plays when booting up. When I look at the screen, sure enough, it's booting up. I keep the phone in a pocket by itself, so it's not getting in a fight with my keys or anything, and it isn't prefaced by me bumping into anything or any other kind of shock to the phone. I never hear it shutting down, only booting up. Has anyone else experienced this? Should I be worried about my phone just randomly rebooting whenever it feels like it?

Anonymous Main cIrcuit board fried after one year. 0 Feb 11 2008, 6:07 AM EST by Anonymous
Thread started: Feb 11 2008, 6:07 AM EST  Watch
I bought this phone via amazon and found it to be ok. Accessing the SD-Card for video recordings seemed to be a problem at times. However, after one year it started to freeze up completely and there was no way to reboot until the battery was removed and replaced.
I observed this condition three times until the device appeared completely dead.
After sending it into customer service (there were issues however who - in Germany - was responsible) I am in my fourth week of waiting on a repaired or exchanged device. The main circuit board is fried and the exchange part has no delivery date. Great!
This might not be a problem specific to this phone but more a problem of HTC guarantied support in Europe (or elsewhere, too?).
I had two HTC Blueangels before and they never failed me....luckily.

Has anyone had good experiences with a bluetooth stereo headset and their 3125? I've heard the Logitech ones headband breaks over a VERY short time...
Any thoughts??
