Features of the AT&T Tilt, based off of the HTC Kaiser (aka HTC TyTN II, AT&T 8925). This phone is the successor to the AT&T 8525 (AKA Cingular 8525, HTC TyTN, HTC Hermes).

    I cannot access any webpages using my tilt I only get the message "cannot connect with current connection settings" no matter what webpage.

    Hi,

    My tilt phone screen unexpectedly became very white, with the icons almost appearing as negative images. There seem to be a few lines that run across the screen that seem 'burned in'.

    Any ideas about what I can do?

    I like the phone, but it's pretty much worthless with the screen the way it is.

    The Gmail app stopped working once I installed the new ROM. Phone numbers have also disappeared in the contact list. Only the name shows up. Has anyone seen this phenomenon?

    I understand it's different for the rest of the world but here in the US we're almost completely tied to carriers like serfs to the land just to get the phone we like.

    I want the TILT. It has all of the features I want and AT&T has good coverage in my area. But Sprint has the $99.99 Unlimited Everything deal that I don't want to pass up. I've been using a Virgin Mobile for the past 5 years and am ready to upgrade. If I'm going to tie myselft down for the next two years with a contract, I darn sure want a phone I'm happy with.

    So the question is: Is there a way I can use an unlocked TILT phone with Sprint service without any issues regarding said service or usability?
