Brand New XV6800, Battery Dies, Phone is Now UnStable and has lost some functions i.e. Battery Link on Desktop/Today Screen no longer works, Active Sync Connection Intermittent.. when it does Connect & Sync it Continuosly Sync's VERY Annoying, Intermittently Resets/Softboots itself, i have owned and still own several PocketPC's and "SmartPhones" and to be honest i'm half hoping this device is defective rather than being a flaky productbut i've never experienced these type problems...

Is there a way that I could customize the ringtone for when I slide the phone open. It seems that it only gives me three options to choose from, for the tone when I slide it. Thanks!

The volume doesn't work even if I raise or lower or set to vibrate. No sound what so ever. I miss calls because I don't know that it has happened. I have tried a soft reboot. Temporary fix. Tried taking the battery out still temporary.
