Q: What version of Windows Mobile does the XV6900 Come with?
A: The XV6900 comes with Windows Mobile 6.0 Professional. Windows Mobile 6.0 professional is meant for devices with a touch screen.
Q: What Software is installed on the XV6900?
A: Office Mobile (Excel, PowerPoint & Word); ActiveSync; Adobe LE Reader (PDF); Calendar; Camera Album; Bluetooth Explorer; Contacts; Modem Link; Notes; Calculator; Internet Explorer Mobile; Outlook Mobile; Windows Media Player Mobile; Bubble Breaker; Solitaire; TouchFlo; Windows Mobile Update; and more.
Q: What is TouchFlo?
A: TouchFLO is a special set of features provided by HTC that gives you an inproved touch panel experience on your XV6900. With TouchFLO, you can simply use your finger to scroll and pan the screen. TouchFLO also features a Touch Cube where you can launch programs such as Internet Explorer Mobile, Messaging and more. With Touch Cube, you can also add your favorite contacts, play music, and access your pictures and videos.
Q: Can the XV6900 be used with a stylus?
A: Yes. The XV6900 can be used with a stylus. A stylus comes in the box with the XV6900.
Q: Can the XV6900 be used as a Wireless Broadband Connection for my notebook computer?
A: Yes. The XV6900, along with a qualifying nationwide data plan from Verizon Wireless, can be used as a wireless broadband access point. Just connect the XV6900 to your notebook computer using the supplied USB cable and use the VZAccess Manager software (From the provided CD) on your computer.
Q: What EVDO version does the XV6900 come with?
A: 1xEVDO
Q: Does the XV6900 come in any colors, other than white?
A: No. The XV6900 comes only in white. Some 3rd party cases are tightly fitting and quite thin. These cases can be used to effectively change the outward appearance of the phone.

so when i send text messages to people who have verizon they recieve them fine but when i send or reply to a text message to someone that does not have verizon my phone still says that the message was sent but the person never actually gets the message...how do i fix this

I have a program installed that can't start past its own title screen, it seems to start loading then vanishes, leaving me in the file explorer. Almost looks like the phone kicks it off, does anyone know any programs I can use to open it besides windows mobile?

Im just a little bit curious.Is there anybody on Planet Earth who has ACTUALLY obtained an active sync via a bluetooth
device? Iv tried just about everythig possible and have finally decided to throw in the towel ! Could the carriers have disabled this feature on cdma devices for some strange reason? perhaps telling us that its for our own good ,and that we should heed their advice and thank them. |
