I've had this phone since April 2008. And it's kept all my txt msgs since then, inbox and sent msgs. I go to my system info and it says I have 5 MB left. The problem I'm having is, when I switch off my phone (which is only when necessary), it deletes all my inbox and sent msgs until October 5th 2009. Does it not have enough memory to keep them while shutting down? The other problem is, I left my phone overnight to delete all sent msgs (charging), and received a msg this morning but couldn't access my inbox at all so i had to do a reset and when it turned back on i didn't have a new msg anymore and back to October 5th msgs. It also doesn't keep my email settings to download emails manually, it keeps switching to once a day. Please help, what can I do to fix these issues?
Would deleting the files in the Messaging Folder, through the PC work?

I have been using HTC S710 for nearly a year now, a few months back the phone starts shutting itself down randomly while making a call or receiving a call. I did a hard reset then i upgraded the factory ROM with Dr.Gonzo' Windows Mobile 6.1 , but the problem does not go away. I revert back to official HTC ROM (RUU_Vox_HTC_WWE_1.34.405.1_4.1.13.54_03.10.90_Ship) but the problem not only stays, it is worse. Now it only starts in Flight Mode or without a SIM, whenever i turn on the Network and the phone starts searching for a network it immediately shuts down. I had given it to a repair shop who told me it is software problem. Can anyone suggest a solution or at least tell me what could be the cause. I suspect it has something to do with Network IC.
