Has anyone found a fix for the delay in the 8925 Tilt camera? It is the only drawback of this phone but it is beyond frustrating. You push the button ot take the picture and it takes forever to actually snap the picture.

I just bought a Tilt and Sony DR-BT22A bluetooth headset. I paired the two. According to the Sony manual, there are 2 profiles setup: HFP (handsfree profile) and HSP (headset profile). I activated both (checked the box for the BT22A device). I"m a newbie so please bare with me. The problem I'm encountering is I can't listen to music from the headset. Whenever I press the button on the headset to "connect" to the Tilt, some application called Voice Speed Dial (VSD) is automatically launched. I hear the music for a split second and then it cuts out. I can make and receive calls via the headset just fine.
My questions are: 1) Is this VSD application worth using? If not, how do I deactivate it. I didn't install the software, it came preinstalled on the Tilt. 2) Is there a good application I can use with my Tilt and headset that I can use instead of paying for the monthly voice dial service from AT&T? By the way, the BT22A headset is crystal clear and paired quite easily with the Tilt. Believe me, if I can do it, anyone can. One more question (this is a bit of a stretch for me)...I noticed that you can reprogram the buttons to do other things. I don't have the push to talk (PTT) feature activated and would like to assign it to do something else - like the voice dial feature. Is this possible? I would need some fairly precise instructions to do this. Thank you all very much in advance. Any help will be greatly appreciated. |
