Ok so here's the thing, my htc touch has a small crack on the top left corner of the screen. its been like this for about a week now. the phone still worked perfectly with no problems, i just couldnt see the start menu icon, but it still worked although i couldnt see it. A few days ago i reset my phone, it started up just fine until i had to put my password in. the number pad for the password comes up then about a half a second later it goes away and the touch keyboard shows in front of a all white screen... PLEASE HELP!!!
