Windows Mobile 6.0
I would like to begin dialog around upgrading our Windows Mobile 5.0 OS phones, in my case, Cingular 8525, to the Windows Mobile 6.0 OS. Does anybody have any information about this?

I am having problems with setting up my secure connection with my GPS device since updating my ROM. My Royaltek GPS did work before the update. I am using Tomtom Navigator 6 software. I am using the New ROM update from March 08
Has anyone else had similar problems? Is there a solution out there? |

I talked with HTC today and the rep I talked to said they plan to upgrade both the T-mobile MDA and the Cingular 8125 to Windows Mobile 6.0. I asked what the timeframe was and he said "very soon"...

i tried for weeks updating my rom from wm5 to wm6. everytime i do it my active sync automatically disconnected to my pc. i follow all instructions but no luck. can someone have the same problem too?

According to Supervisors at Cingular the patch for the 8525 and the treo 650 i believe are the only two going to be released. I spent 7 hours of the phone with them because no one knew the same thing. I finally got into the research and development group in which told me these facts. They are shooting for a late October / Early November release date of Windows Mobile 6
