billva IMate Customer Support? 1 Dec 26 2007, 10:11 PM EST by Anonymous

I'm pretty frustrated with IMate customer support. I can't seem to get any questions answered. I'm ready to sell my phone to the highest bidder and rebuy from a US supplier. Anyone have any tricks to getting them to respond besides threatening a B1 strike?

Anonymous Handsfreelink (Acura RDX) -- Won't Pair 2 Nov 18 2007, 4:18 PM EST by Anonymous

Any reason why the Cingular 2125 will pair with my car but the HTC/IMate SP5 won't. It's not recognized by the car's discovery step.
Is there another upgrade to the OS that fixes this? I installed one in June 2006.
