Hi Everyone-
If you have: HTC Kaiser, HTC TyTN, TytTN II, HTC P4550, T-Mobile
MDA Vario III, Vodafone 1615, SFR v1615, Swisscom XPA1615, AT&T
8925, AT&T Tilt, HTC Polaris, HTC Touch Cruise, HTC P3650, Polaris 100,
Dopod P860, 02 XDA Orbit 2, HTC Athena, T-Mobile Ameo, Athena
Advantage X7500, X7501, Dopod U1000, HTC Sedna, HTC P6500, P6550,
02 XDA Mantle.

The version of the Sprite Back Up software that shipped with the referenced devices has been found to cause some devices to freeze/lock up. HTC is recommending that all customers with the effected devices download and install the latest version of Sprite Back Up (v 6.2.3). This software update is being offered to HTC at no charge and can
be found at: http://www.spritesoftware.com/htc/download.php 4  out of 4 found this valuable. Do you?

Does anyone happen to have a download link for this upgrade? I went to the URL as stated: http://www.spritesoftware.com/htc/download.php, requested the download and Sprite emailed me a blank email. Tried it again, same results. Do you find this valuable?

I got the same blank email when sending to my work email. It has to do with your spam filter. I resent to my yahoo account and it came through fine. Do you find this valuable?
