Cant Sync messenger or outlook

I have tried a hard reset and also running the Hotfix file from HTC website but still cannot sync Windows Live, MSN Messenger or Outlook email. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this...TJ 2  out of 2 found this valuable. Do you?
