select+all+contacts+when+beaming+to+another+device

I am attempting to download my contacts into my Lexus Navigation System that will allow me to beam my contacts. However, I am only able to beam one contact at a time because I don't see how to select all of the contacts in the HTC to beam at once. As a result, it is very time consuming to download into my car. Anyone have any suggestions/solutions?
