I hear this update removes Bluetooth DUN and replaces it with PAN? Apparently this breaks the ability to use it as a modem with Mac OSX..?

Bluetooth DUN is also a requirement for a hardware TomTom, so mine no longer works. Anyone know a way around this problem?

go to programmes,then accessories,then internet sharing,thus taking away the set up process allowing one touch connection between pocket pc and mac.already done it so i know it works

No it does not. The PAN works better as you dont need any modem scripts to run with osx
