my 8525 is just over a year old and battery will not hold a charge. Cant' find replacement battery for it. Does anyone sell this battery???

I have a Cingular 8525 which I sync to my desktop through an exchange server. The OS for the desktop is Windoews XP Professional SP2 with Outlook 2002. Activesyn version 4.5 is loaded. Problem: all contacts sync fine. However I lose appointments in the calender, or the appointments that are accurately sync'd are changed, for example, alarms are added to some appointments during the sync. Has anyone dealt with this problem?
