Voice speed dial stopped working

I tapped the button on my bluetooth headseat expecting to shortly hear the little sound to prompt me for voice input. It never appeared. I've checked the settings, reset bluetooth, reset my headset and nothing appears to change.What should I do next? Do you find this valuable? |

Mine has done the same thing. What I have discovered is that if the earpiece goes into sleep mode it loses its connection with the phone. I use the motorola hs-700. all I do is close the mic boom to power off the unit and then open it back up and it works just fine. When it did it with my old headset I had to power the phone and the earpiece off to get it to work again. I hope that this helps.
