I have just purchased my first PPC from Alltel. My issue is that the phone keeps freezing up when not in use. The green and blue lites flash but the screen won't come on and I have to do a soft reset. I have taken it back to the store when it freezes up and they said that they have never seen that happen. The phone has been replaced 3 times and still does it. Am I doing something wrong?
