i forgot how to edit email on my htc touch pro

i've been playing around with the phone for about a week now, but i cant seem to remember how to edit the settings for the email. im trying to use wifi for the email because my web service that come with my plan is very slow, so while connecting, the email times out. can i use wifi for the email and my mobile web for normal internet browsing? Do you find this valuable?

i dont think you can make emails just sync when on wifi

but just stick the settings to sync manually and then only sync it when connected to wifi Do you find this valuable?

it worked before i activated my phone service. i used wifi to check my emails. but its not workin now. Do you find this valuable?
