4GB cards (SDHC) are architectually incompatible. The card-slot of the phone (SD) cannot read the 4GB (SDHC) card.

Sandisk spells this out pretty well...

Yes it is easily possible. SD and SDHC cards are physically the same. The only difference is the rate of compression and methods used to read/write. All you have to do is modify your software. You can do that by flashing a new rom onto your phone that suports SDHC, there are several out there, try Black Satin. It supports SDHC. 2  out of 2 found this valuable. Do you?

Actually, I upgraded my 8525 to Windows Mobile 6. After the upgrade, an 8 GB MicroSDHC card I had for my Tilt , worked in the 8525. 5  out of 5 found this valuable. Do you?

no there is not thats because the processor is the only thing that lets u do memory storage if (but you cant) you could do it it would crash your device because it cant run fast enough to look through four gigs of memory 0  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?
