i have changed this photo before but am no longer able to do so and cannot figure out why... help?? Do you find this valuable?

Which Phone do you have?
If you have one that uses TouchFlo 3D: Go to the Settings tab and select WallPaper.
If you are not using ToucFlo 3D, go to Start>Settings>Personal Tab>Today and the Background options are found there. Do you find this valuable?

my diamond does not have wallpaper on setting tab Do you find this valuable?
