HTC 8525 No Signal

Newer phone, having problems acquiring a signal. Even when using a different sim card, any advice? Also I did a hard reset. Linda

HTC Touch has no signal in my house either, even outside the house..... anywhere I go. Spent hundreds in a phone that should not have these problems. Lately, I just stick the sim card to my old phone so I can depend on it when I am expecting a call or needing reliable service
