Unable to connect to Slingbox via 3g

I upgraded phone from Touch to Touch Pro 2 and instaled Slingbox mobile client. I get "Unable to connect". messige when using 3g. WiFi connects with no problem. Called Slingbox and they were unable to answer why and referred me to Verizon.Called Verizon and they will not help with an application, they referr me to HTC. HTC indicated they could not help and referred me to here. Anybody got ideas? Do you find this valuable?
