Configure TouchFlo v2

My touch2 phone has TouchFlo v2 running. I need to change the default city on the 'Today' screen.How do i do it.

I tried to do this from the 'Today' settings. However, when i click on the TouchFlo checkbox, the settings options gets greyed out.

Any way i can get this to work? Do you find this valuable?
