8525 with 4.5 active syn and HTC latest ROM upgrade from 10/11/07

Prior to upgrading my ROM and activesyn, I was able to pair bluetooth to my car audio without any difficulties. With the upgrade, my car will now not pair to the phone. The phone sees the car and the either doesn't accept the code or failed to pair.
Any suggestions?

Hi,
I am having the same problem. WM5 and my BT motorola h700 worked fine, but after rom flash, motorola headset wont pair.
It did initially, but when I tried keying the passkey, wont work and after many deletions and readds,it wont even see it now.
anyone else get this?

I have the same issue-my 8525 worked fine until I upgraded to the new ROM from AT&T and HTC. My car bluetooth pairs with several other phones, but not my 8525 though it did with Win Mobile 5. I've called AT&T and HTC and their suggestion was to do a Master Reset...did work either. My hunch is that it's related to the new alpha-number passcodes used by win 6 and needing the numeric code for my car's connection.
