Error 202 No connection when trying to install the ROMi

Active Sync indicates that it connected but the update program goes to the above error. I did a hard reset and went to it again and getting the same error 2  out of 2 found this valuable. Do you?

Try bypassing Activesync using the following steps:
Connect the device to the PC via USB.
Restart the Cold Boot/Bootloader Mode on the AT&T 8525 by pressing the OK Button (located on the left side of the device) and the Power Button while doing a Soft Reset.
USB should now show in the lower portion of the screen on the device.
Run the ROM Update.
