Slower Connection when using internet connection sharing?
Oct 24 2007, 11:21 AM EDT Have you noticed if the connection is considerably slower when using Internet Connection Sharing vs. a Dial-Up connection? The speeds are ~300 KBPS vs ~800 KBPS for me. 3 out of 4 found this valuable. Do you? |

Dec 11 2007, 4:56 PM EST I used the internet connection sharing today for the 1st time while I was in a full 3G footprint. The speeds were actually faster than my Sprint Mobile broadband card. I lost quite a bit of speed when doing it through Bluetooth vs USB cable though. 0 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

Jan 4 2008, 5:54 PM EST I have the TyTn II from Singapore and the internet connection sharing works fine. I just hookup the USB cable, enable the ICS and click on "Connect" and voila, instant internet at HSDPA speeds. And it works with Unlimited Smartphone Connect.......... 0 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |
