Jan 11 2008, 8:08 PM EST Hey there, I changed my ringtones to files that i download from my computer When you transfer files from your computer you just have to put them into the main My Documents folder on your phone then the song file will be on the ring tone list when you go to settings hope this helped 2 out of 3 found this valuable. Jan 12 2008, 5:59 PM EST On Smartphones it is possible to set specific ringtones for incoming calls that show up as "Private, Unkown, etc..." For the life of me I cant figure out how to do this with WM6 on my Sprint Mogul. Any ideas? Do you find this valuable? |

Thursday, 6:01 PM EDT I recently upgraded to wm 6.1 and am trying to set mp3's as a ringtone for specific contacts. I have saved the contacts that I want to do this to the device and have saved the files to just about every possible folder with no luck. I can set a specific mp3 as a general ringtone, but when I try to set it as a tone for a specific contact, it isn't even in the drop down menu. Before upgrading to 6.1, I had no problem doing this on 6.0. Any ideas??? thanks. Do you find this valuable? |
