Good Link
Oct 11 2007, 3:03 PM EDT A new version of Good Link has been released to accommodate Windows Mobile 6.0, however the HTC Touch phone is the only HTC phone that has not accepted any version of Good Link. The installation and the launch of Good Link does not complete at all. Anyone else having this problem? 5 out of 5 found this valuable. Do you? |

Dec 12 2007, 1:21 PM EST i have just updated my 8525 to WM6 and re-installed Goodlink 4.9.3.21 and everything works fine except my subfolders all show up but the emails do not show up. They are still there on my desktop computer but not on my phone. 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

Feb 22 2008, 10:40 AM EST Through an Opera Mini/Roam only hack, I've gotten Good on my HTC Mogul 6800 all set up and it downloaded my calendar, contacts and emails, but is not "live" with Outlook - not receiving any new emails, and not syncing at all OTA with calendar and contacts. Any clues? 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

Anyone else having this problem?"I am on Sprint network using HTC Touch and Goodlink works for me. https://get.good.com Just download the software and configure the goodlink connection with your company. Your company IT admin needs to setup the PIN for your phone. 1 out of 2 found this valuable. Do you? |

Anyone else having this problem?"I've installed goodlink under wm6 and it works. but after goodlock functioned, it cannot be un-locked and this function cannot be disabled. Can anyone help on this? Do you find this valuable? |

Jul 4 2008, 4:40 PM EDT I installed the default Goodlink on a corporate 8525 my IT dept sent me. Worked fine. Set the password protection on the device throught hte settings panel. Could not unlock afterward (password box wouldn't display). So, I reflashed the ROM using RUU_Hermes_CINGULAR_WWE_3.62.502.3_6275_1.54.07.00_108_UOOS_SVN05_Ship.exe, which installs WM 6, CE OS 5.2.1622 (Build 18128.0.4.4). Naturally fixed the password hang problem, but now Goodlink (GetGoodWM.cab) won't install (says "WARNING Good Messaging is not supported for this type of handheld. Contact your IT administrator.". Any ideas?? Thanks in advance. Do you find this valuable? |

I can not complete activation on HTC, and can not find any Blackberry desktop manager for HTC Touch dual to complete activation that way.... Any help appreciated! Do you find this valuable? |

Aug 28 2008, 6:15 PM EDT Well, I manage to find and download BB desktop manager and installation file with BB client for HTC Touch Dual. Strange thing happened after installation BB client on handset... mails was received with no problems, but reply or sending new mail from handset was without errors BUT: when mail arrives in inbox, mail was without mail text... "To:" and "Subject" fields was visible in mailbox, but mail text was invisible..... That problem was solved by turning handset off and then, on. After that "restart" everything works just fine.
