Windows Mobile 6 Upgrade

I keep trying to upgrade my HTC 621 with the upgrade provided off of the HTC website. I keep getting a connection error and it stops the upgrade at 3%. Not sure what is going on. I have the power management settings adjusted so the phone and screen will stay on at all time. Are there any particular things I should do to the pc I am loading the software from? Really want to try this update, but keep running into the same wall.

Are you having issues downloading the update from the website or running it?

I am having troubles as well. I have a HTC 621. HTC website confirmed this when I entered S/N number. Yet the only upgrade I am allowed to download is HTC_S620_WWE_1.27.405.1_4.1.13.44_02.94.90_Ship.exe which appears to be the 620 upgrade. It will not work for my device. I get an error indicating that it does not work based on my device ID.

3. RE is any one having a problem watching tv

I play a channel and 10 mins into it , it begans to skip and freeze and stop and replays . It is just very annoying. How can I make myu phone work smoother. 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |
