Aug 7 2007, 6:11 PM EDT Oh yes, because the crapPhone from Crapple: 1) Has GPS 2) Works with third-party software 3) Has 30gb of HDD space for music, videos etc 4) Has a full QWERTY keyboard 5) Has any remotely vague understanding of security (against theft etc) 6) Has any kind of expansion such as a microSD slot 7) Can have basic user service performed on it 8) Can work with more than one carrier Yeah, the iPhone has all of that stuff the shift doesn't... Wait, I think I have that all backwards since the iPhone has NONE of that. 8 out of 18 found this valuable. Do you? |

Aug 7 2007, 9:08 PM EDT I agree, but would you pay three(3) to four(4)-times as much for it, If Shift is more than $499 I will just stick with my 17" Laptop tethered to my 8525 phone. :o) Are you SURE that Shift has GPS? 7 out of 8 found this valuable. Do you? |

Jan 20 2008, 7:10 AM EST ah ah nice comment ... the crappie crapPhone from Crapple .. I think it is a good summary. it's too bad looking, unuseful devise ... I really don't know why people are buying that... maybe because $499 is nothing for them ... in EUROPE it is $1200 for the SHIFT and SAME PRICE for the iPhone ... the HTC Touch is 100 times better than the iPhone ... and the Shift is a completely different device... I don't understand why kids like jimmymorrow can compare both completely different device... if they want better than iPhone they should buy the HTC Touch .. it has everything inside apart the GPS. 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |
