just bought a P4300 cant get activesync, to sync
Aug 1 2007, 4:19 AM EDT It detects my phone and says generic "somethign" and window's media based device, it dosetn start activesync and when i start it it never finds it...when i look at the driver under device manager it says there is no driver and it wont install it of the disc i got....i dont know where to get the right driver or what to do to make it work 3 out of 5 found this valuable. Do you? |

Oct 30 2007, 7:09 PM EDT Same thing with mine. After 2 hours on support I am told that it will not sync through a docking station or USB hub. Kinda takes the Universal Out of it eh. Not happy with their answer, sorry we do not support those devices. if anyone has a tip or trick as IR Sync is really slow with a large database. Pleae help us out. 0 out of 2 found this valuable.
