are you a t-mobile customer? if you are then call t-mobile they will unlocked it for you for free...you have to have atleast 3 months of service to qualify....

"are you a t-mobile customer? if you are then call t-mobile they will unlocked it for you for free...you have to have atleast 3 months of service to qualify...."yea i have a tmobile sidekick wit a simcard that is activated. dont ask how i got my Dash an i dont know my pasword. but can u help me unlock the dam thing, im trying to use the dash. Do you find this valuable? |

This, if present, would not allow you to install other 3rd party programs. Sim unlock is so that you can use your phone with sim cards of other service providers. This is locked by default so that the phone can only be used on Tmobile service. To unlock, for use in other countries for example, you can call your tmobile customer service and request a "sim unlock". It usually takes a few days for them to email the code to you. Also, you must be a tmobile customer for more than 90days before requesting along with a few other restrictions. Do you find this valuable? |

I called them and they said i had to wait 24 hours to get it 24 hours later i still dont have it.. Do you find this valuable? |

the only thing that code is good for is if you wana go out of the country you can buy a prepayd sim card put the foren sim card in your phone enter the code and use your phone on another network
