Jan 8 2007, 8:38 AM EST Does anybody have an email address or phone number for HTC support? I have emailed & talked to T-Mobile. Those guys do not know about the ALARM problem.. 2 out of 2 found this valuable. Do you? |

Mar 23 2007, 9:52 PM EDT Yes I work for T-Mo there are no plans to fix the problem until the new software version (WM6) comes out... It looks like when erasing an alarm it still stores it in the phone memory. Do you find this valuable? |

The way to do it is to do cold reset by taking off the battery of you dash. count to 30 then replace battery & turn on dash. go to your SETUP / ALARM & turn alarm off. MAKE SURE AFTER TURNING OFF you click on DONE until you are back to SETUP page. 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |
