i forgot the password i created to un lock my phone and know t-mobile does not know what to do, does anyone out there no how i can get past it or get rid of it.thanks 13  out of 13 found this valuable. Do you?

Do you have a TMO Dash? If so you can perform a master reset. ****NOTE**** this will erase any settings or content you have on the phone. With the phone off you can hold the left and right soft key and tap the power button once. This is a hard reset and will restore all factory settings. 7  out of 11 found this valuable. Do you?

I have the same problem, but my phone is an S710, any one nows how to do a hard reset on it? 1  out of 2 found this valuable. Do you?

Turn off your phone, then press both *SOFT KEYS* and *POWER ON* device. After moment release both soft keys. On the black screen asking for confirmation press *GREEN PHONE BUTTON* and wait couple minutes for phone to initialize.

Just so you know up front, a hard reset erases all your data. It will be like taking a new phone out of the box. Hope you have baked up all your info. And I will say it again, unless you are carrying state secrets or are hiding pics of that affair you had with Giselle, from your wife, why would you want to password your phone. Especially with a password there was even the slightest chance you might forget. 0  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?
