Clearvue icons not present after install

I followed the steps above to install the Clearvue suite, not from disk but from the download off this site, and the icons do not appear in Start > More anywhere. The attachment icons now appear as windows icons, but I still cannot read any of them.

Hey man, I found a way. Try installing it in the phone mermory rather than the storage card.
