My phone use to have the continuous reboot and I would just take out the microSD card and it would start up. But now, it gets past Windows Mobile screen to the T-Mobile load screen an that is where mine freezes. I already had the cracked screen that I've paid for, so I refuse to pay to fix this phone again. I hope I can figure out an answer.
Do you find this valuable?

That usually means that the TFAT File is corrupt (due to removing the battery without powering the device off first). You may be able to recover by doing the Hard Reset using the Ketstroke Method...
Power the device off by pressing and holding the Power key.
NOTE: If device is unresponsive remove the battery.
Press and hold both soft keys.
NOTE: The two keys directly under the screen, used to open menus.
While continuing to hold the soft keys, press and hold the Power button for 3 seconds.
Continue holding the soft keys for 1 second.
A boot splash screen will appear, followed by a black screen prompting: 'Press Send to restore factory defaults, Other keys to quit'.
Press the Send key.
When prompted to powercycle device, press Ok.
NOTE: Once the hard reset is performed it could take up to a few minutes to completely boot back up
