htc touch pro 2 issues

I have 2 issues that I cannot resolve with my new phone. Anyone have any ideas? Sprint customer service wants to do a hard re-set. I think there has to be an easier way to resolve...1.) I have a photo showing when I re-boot or turn the phone back on - it is very light grey and shows for about 30 seconds... then goes to my normal photo background. I don't want that particular photo - would like to delete or add a different one. 2.) My home page is showing that I have 1 unread text message. I do not. I have deleted all text messages from the deleted and inbox files. It still says I have 1 unread. Do you find this valuable?

At the bottom of the first tab will be a box for "Use this picture as the background" and that should be what you have selected since the photo only shows until TouchDFlo3D launches. 2: Try this: http://www.sprintusers.com/forum/showthread.php?p=1910769 Do you find this valuable? |
