<somenumber>_manila files in windows folder

I was trying to copy some wav files into the windows root folder on my htc touch pro 2 phone (still on WM6.1 - the ROM for South African phones has not been released yet :-( ) when I noticed that there are more that 2300 'manila' files in that folder. The name is <somenumber>_manila, e.g. '2554da97_manila'.

The result is that it takes my phone more than 4 minutes to finally show a listing of files in that directory.

Anybody know what creates these files, and whether I can stop them from being created or delete them?

I checked them out and some are xml, while others contain binary data....
Do you find this valuable?

These files belong to TouchFlo 3D.
