Unable to connect to WIFI.

Hi,
I am using AT&T HTC Fuze. I am from India. I am not able to connect to WIFI network. When I turned on WIFI it was detecting the network and shows it was connected. But when i tried to update weather or run any internet application it was saying unable to connect. Can you please suggest me if any settings need to be done to connect to internet.

Go to Start>Tools>Proxy Manager and select Disable Proxy (this will install a file). You should be able to get pages to display now. If not, go to Start>Settings>Connections>Connections>Advanced>Select Networks and set "Programs that automatically connect to the internet should connect using" to Internet. Do you find this valuable?
