RingTones and alarms on BT headset
Oct 4 2006, 4:06 AM EDT I have a Jabra BT 250v headset. Talking is OK, but I can't hear ringtone and alarms. whats missing ? 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

Oct 21 2006, 11:37 AM EDT Hi. There is a good chance (I've not looked) that this is an A2DP Headset. I have experienced something similar myself and it's due to the fact that when in Stereo Wireless mode the handset routes ALL audio to the headset not just the call audio (ie. so you can play media files etc.). You unchecking the Stereo Wireless box in Comm Manager/Bluetooth Settings/(Menu)Devices/(Your Device) and see if that sorts it. You may need to reboot the phone and headset afterwards - and you can simply recheck the box if you want to listen to music. I bought a Sony Ericsson HBH-DS970 as it lets you choose what mode to put it in by a simple switch :) Do you find this valuable? |
