My shadow is almost 2 years old. In the first 6 months the screen cracked when I wiped off some smudges. After I got the new one, the front part separated from the keyboard because the slider is screwed on and all six screws came loose. Nothing is broken - just the screws which are installed from the inside of the phone came out of the holes. HTC said it's out of warranty and want's $90.00 to fix it. I'm not paying to put the screws back in when it's a mnfr. defect. Can I fix it myself? Do you find this valuable?
