Should I upgrade from my ATT Fuze?

I have a refurbished Fuze that ATT exchanged for me when the touch screen on my original device quit responding to taps. I have a 90 day warranty on the device and I'm pleased with it, but I'm eligible for a $149 price on a HTC Pure if I extend my ATT contract for 2 more years(even though my contract expiration is 12/2010). Is it worth it to me to spend the $149 now to buy the Pure, or wait until my contract expires or my new handset malfunctions out of warranty and then look at new handset options(or switching wireless service providers)? The IPhone is tempting me, but I like the Windows mobile operating system, and also HTC devices.
