Voice Command Error after the Rom upgrade

I did ROM upgrade (2009-09-25 version) and after the upgrade the Voice Command error shows up every time reset the Touch pro (Sprint)

This is the message I got:

Voice Command
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
Cannot start Voice Commnad. Reinstall and try again.
===========================================

Anyone have this issue?

If you have any idea to resolve this, let me know.

Sounds like a bad ROM flash-

1. Flash the phone again or
2. Hard reset the phone.
