Mobile 6.5 ROM Upgrade

I have attempted to download the official htc 6.5 rom several times, and it just downloads a link back to the worldwide support page.
Has anyone had luck with this download released on 10/27/09? If so can you please reply with a link that works?

only roms out at this time are for europe and now some are showing up for asia pasific the us should be next afther asia, Do you find this valuable?
