Where can I get the rom update

Downloaded the certificate update from HTC.com, but I found the link on XDA-developers. Is there any way to check all the available downloads on HTC website??? When are they going to release a new rom for MTeoR?

One more thing, I use 3 network and if I leave band settings in Auto, every time the signal is not strong enought it switchs to GSM and drops the connection (both Voice and Data).
