how do i shake 'im???!!! ALL deleted downloads are duplicated in both memories in my touchy feely, aka 'touch diamond', smartass phone(it laughs at me). i would like to simply click and delete! that's the way u huh, u huh, i'd like it! hard resets don't work! what up with this!? Do you find this valuable?

If you still have downloads on your device after a hard reset you're not doing it properly. Check out HTC.com to download the user's manual for full information on how to restore the device to Factory defaults and also clear the internal storage. Do you find this valuable?
