can't send SMS from my Trinity+settings question

1. recently my TRINITY is unable to send sms msgs. the problem exists only with outgoing msges whereas the incoming are arriving just fine.
does anyone know what might be the problem?
2. when reaching a funneling system (call center for exmp) how do I "press1" when there is no phone board available? it's some kind of settings issue, but i can't figure out how...
please help as it's a major bug... Do you find this valuable?
