Item stuck in start menu

A few months ago I had a problem with TeleNav. I was prompted that there was an upgrade available and so I tried unsuccessfully to install it on my Touch Pro. I ended up uninstalling it and reinstalling v2.1. However, the TeleNav icon, now generic, is stuck in the permanent section of the start menu. I've tried unchecking it in Settings | Menus and I receive the message "Cannot move that item." I'd really like to add the functioning version of my GPS software, but I've maxed out with more heavily used programs in the start menu, except for the worthless Sprint Navigation icon. Any idea how I can remove that? Do you find this valuable?

Did you try looking in the Start Menu Folder using File Explorer to see if you could delete it from there?

That was the ticket, once I found the folder under Windows and clicked through the dire warning. Thanks. Do you find this valuable?
