wm-6.5 rom on htc touch hd

I'd love to have the new WM-6.5 rom on my htc touch hd by dutty's of xda developers but I have absoletely no technical knowledge of how to go about doing all thats required. I reside in Baltimore Maryland (USA) and want to know if theres anyone here that may know of either an individual or a specific company that could perform this download for me (at a cost of course). I can't seem to locate anyone here in baltimore that knows how to do this. So of course I now turn to to my room-mates here at htcpedia for their help.

He had 6.5 loaded on a Tilt before anyone, and is an expert on cooked ROMs. You might be able to send it to him and have him flash a new 6.5 ROM for you (at a cost of course).
